Must Know - FAQ

The following is a list of things you need to know about how we operate here at The Virtual Tour Pros. Let us know if you think there is anything we should add to make your Virtual experience a good one.

1. Turn-around Time: We will make every attempt to get your project link to you within 48 business day hours of shooting.

2. 24 Hour Cancellation or Reschedule: We need 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel or reschedule your tour. We charge a $35.00 trip charge in addition to the cost of your tour if we show up to shoot your tour and can't because of any reason other than weather.

3. Airbrushing: If your project requires airbrushing such as the digital removal of a Realtor sign that can't be removed by us and or power line(s), etc. there will be a minimum $15.00 air brushing fee.

4. Charges: Credit cards will be charged upon receipt of order. We require pre-payment before shooting any tours. You will receive an email receipt of your charges.

5. Shoot Times? We want to get the best shots possible, so if your property needs a particular shoot time because of the sun, please let us know. There will be a $35 trip charge for exterior reshoots.

6 .Travel Fees: Tour projects outside the county limits of Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellis and Hillsborough require a minimum number of shoots or a traveling fee. Call for an estimate.
